Looking for Ormond Beach Real Estate Bargains

My husband and I are finally going to retire. Honestly, I never thought this day would come, but it has at last. We are finally going to leave the bitter cold of North Dakota and move to the Sunshine State. My mother retired to Ormand Beach and lived there until she passed away three years ago. I visited her often and love the area. We have decided to take advantage of the bargains that can be found and start looking for Ormond Beach Real Estate that is for sale. I think we my rent out the house in North Dakota until the market improves. Its a great time to buy, but not so good if you are selling.
