    Taking Over Construction Business

    I am working on a construction project in a remote area. The contractor I work for has been in business for over fifty years and I have worked for him for the last twenty years. He is getting ready to retire soon and he wants me to take over the business for a small fee. He could probably sell the business for double what he is asking me to pay. After I went through LEED certification, business started picking up and he told me I was the reason we were able to land so many new contracts. He is a nice guy and wants to reward me for my loyalty.
