The help my roommate is getting

Since last month I have been helping my roommate,Bob, try and find a new job and possibly a new career. Bob had been in the finance department of a bank that laid off a lot of people. He determined he needed to find a new job or a new career altogether. One thing he told me is that he might even like to go back to school. One very positive thing that he is doing is working with an outplacement consultants sydney company that has given him some very positive feedback. My only concern is that Bob gets a job that makes him happy.
