The Key to Success

I own and operate a small vineyard in California, with ten employees, including myself. Even though it is a small company, I run it like any big time manufacturing factory, even though all we make is wine. I use mes software, hold contracts with restaurants and bars across the country, and put out a magazine every year. I do this because the key to building and expanding a business successfully is to see the potential in your business, and work tirelessly toward that potential. So even though right now my vineyard is small, I see the potential it has, and am always working toward reaching that potential.
