If Only He Would Listen

My little brother has to be the most computer illiterate person that I know. He just does not have any understanding about computers. He only uses his computer to play games on the internet. He ends up getting his system full of spyware. Every couple of months, he will call me to come and speed up windows xp for him. It does not take long for me to do it, I just run some spyware detecting software and remove them. But no matter how many times I show him how to do it, he does not understand. So, every few months I have to do it for him.
