Ok, we do know this, that we must eat healthy, real food, and get our heart rates up a bit every week. We can use blood cleansers to help us detox too if we like such as wheat grass or barley grass juices. Be mindful about your food shopping and just stick to the outside walls of your grocery store so there is mostly meat, fruits vegetables, and dairy in your cart. Once you get it all home and into your fridge, you are on your way to fat loss. Now you just need some fat loss workouts to go along with your healthy diet.
