Green tea is recently causing a lot of buzz in the world of weight loss. This classic beverage which has been around for hundreds of years has always been pursued for its health benefits. But things are taking quite a turn. Now people want it not primarily because it is healthy but because it can supposedly facilitate weight loss. But when it comes to this, there are two options: 1) classic brewed green tea and 2) green tea powder in capsules. So which is better? According to supporters of the beverage form, green tea leaves needs to be brewed in order for it to release its properties. They say that the capsule form lacks this. On the other hand, the other party is saying that the capsule form saves time and is great for their busy lifestyle. In any case, both types can benefit Green Tea Weight Loss.
