i like to train at home

i train right i my living room. i have a bench and i perform dumbbell exercises barbell exercises and body weight exercises. i get really good returns too. i train hard i dont take supplements and i eat all whole foods no shakes that i depend on. this is how the old school guys did it and it is an awesome natural way to develope your physique. i train 5 to 6 days a week. training 1 body part per session. this is working great for me as of now. i will continue this split for about a month and change.
