take naps during the day

having a new baby in the house can be tough when you are trying to get the rest that you need to recover from a high intensity workout. but there are ways to get it done on alot of days. if you use naps during the day you can catch up on some sleep that you may have missed the night before. i my self cant funtion really well on little sleep and i will end up getting sick. some times i am doing a quick workout during the day because we are so busy. but that is all right with me as long as i am building every day.
