    Turbulence training-warm up exercises and need of those

     The need of the warm up exercises while doing the exercises of turbulence exercise routine is to have sufficient energy to do the exercises. Your body will be hard to move in the morning or in the evening before you do the exercises. Hence you should stretch them well before you are doing the Turbulence Training exercises. You should be able to give your best while doing those exercises. Hence there is no way in which you can compromise in your energy level. The exercises in warm up are squads, lounges, pushups and inverted rows. They should be done for 10 sets each.
