Faster Metabolism - Faster Weight Loss

When I was younger, I took it for granted that I was thin because I was doing all the right things.  I ate well, got some exercise, and stayed at my ideal weight.  However, as the years went by, it became harder and harder to maintain that weight, even though I never changed my habits.  Finally I did some research and was told that metabolism changes as we age and we can either speed it up or eat a lot less. Since I hate starvation diets, I chose to use a Metabolism Booster which I take each day.  Now I’m back to my original diet and exercise and my familiar, thin self.
