Its the new year and Im going to get my ab work out tweeked to the point of perfection. Im going to try all new exercises and nutrition angles in my program. No need to be in a comfort zone of any kind. You will not see the results you wish to if you do. I want to put together the best six pack abs workout that can be done and I know I can do it with the tools that I have available to me and the people that support me. Its a new year and its a new work out.
