I want bigger breasts

I am embarrassed to say that I have a small chest. I have always wanted to have bigger assets, but I guess its just not in my genes. I look at all the other girls my age with envy, and I hate it. I spend so much money on padded bras just so I can look half way normal. I have been thinking about starting the breast actives system. I heard that it really works and that there are a lot of very pleased women out there. Can someone please give me some insight? I would love to try it, but I would hate to waste my money on something that is not going to do a bit of good.
