There are Food Allergies

I like being able to have people over at my house. The problem is that I am not aware of all the things that could cause an allergic reaction. There is something I have been looking into for the last few weeks called food sensitivity. Some things cause an allergic reaction, and other things cause other kinds of symptoms. I want to know how to be a good hostess and have only foods that are safe for anyone who could come into my home. There are some foods I know that are safe for almost anyone, so I will focus on those ones.
