According to the available statistics around 25 to 30 % of kids in USA needs multivitamin tablet daily. Well the reason for this is the poor eating habits. A normal child with a good diet need not have a multivitamin tablet. But due to the habits and lifestyle that parents live children are automatically heading towards poor eating habits. If you want your child to have vitamin rich foods then first you will have to change your habits and then only your child will learn. Here are some foods which are very good for children’s growth and development. Milk is a good source of vitamin A and so you must make it a habit to at least give your child 1-2 glasses of milk everyday. Children snack on biscuits and cookies and chips. Don’t give them such processed foods. Rather make it a habit for them to have fruits, vegetables and salads. Fruits and vegetables are very good source of vitamin C. Also find out from the net foods that are rich in vitamin K, D and calcium. These are vital for your child’s growth. Live a healthy life and your child will also be inspired by you.
