Wondering What My Options Are for Travel Cheap Health Insurance

I am planning on going abroad this summer. I would like to go to Spain, Italy and France. I am not sure how long I will stay yet – it all depends on how long my money lasts and if I can work while I am there to make some more money. But before I go abroad, I am wondering what my options are for travel cheap health insurance. I do not want to worry about getting sick or hurt while I am in Europe and not having insurance. However, I want more money for my trip, so I do not want to spend a lot on insurance.
