Knives for Sushi

Sushi is my family’s favourite food because half of us are Japanese. A few years ago, I started making them and I have gotten so much better at making the rolls lately. My wrapping technique has improved! Avocado and salmon rolls are one of our favourites. Japanese knives are a must in order to serve up a good plate of Sushi. I prefer stainless steel to those with a carbon edge because of ease of maintenance. Sharpening a knife in the right way is most crucial in maintaining its quality. This ensures that your cuts are clean and precise. There is a huge difference between a sharp and ill cared for knife!
