Celebrating good times with My Friendly Neighbors

Bengalis love for good seafood is well known. My neighbors, the Basus always enjoy good times at their home by cooking authentic Bengali dishe’s. I can vouch for their ability to serve up mouth watering sea food dishe’s, having eaten their tasty dishe’s on a number of occasions. Mrs. Basu, I must say is a very good cook. She takes great pride in her cooking and goes to great lengths to prepare exotic dishe’s that are just out of this world. The other day she invited my family for brunch. Knowing my liking for trout dishe’s, Mrs. Basu specially prepared grilled rainbow trout dish, from her treasure trove of trout recipes, along with smoking hot rice. All of us enjoyed the great food that was served and ate to our hearts content. We thanked Basus for their hospitality and I even managed to convince Mrs. Basu to help me learn cook good seafood.
