For the benefits of those who cannot see what is obvious, then let us start with the place.Las Vegas is one of the best places in U.S., if not in the whole world, that you can live in. Imagine living in a place where people only dreamed of.
So when there is a Las Vegas foreclosure, it is such a shame even to the creditor.That is just the place for an answer. There are many more, like for example the mere fact of foreclosure. It is bad, negative, and not productive. That is why creditors would not want it to happen. You can think of other reasons as well but always have in mind, a Las Vegas foreclosure must be the last thing for creditors to face.
