Finding an Inexpensive Place to Stay in Madrid

I am going to be travelling in Europe a bit this summer, and I am trying to find inexpensive places to stay in each of the cities I am planning to visit. The first city I am going to go to is Madrid, so I am looking for recommendations for cheap Madrid hotels that have parking available. I am going to fly into Madrid and rent a car and then drive for the rest of my trip, returning to Madrid for the flight home after about two weeks of travelling around Spain and France. It should be a great trip.
