The Fila Flow Sanctuary running shoe is a reasonably priced shoe from the Fila running shoe which is best suited for mild over pronators who prefer a soft ride. The shoe has slight stability which is provided by a plastic support cradle that runs from the heel into the midfoot area, the midsoles broad base, and an upper that securely wraps the midfoot. The thick, high-quality foam midsole with supplemental pads provides a comfortable run and the midfoot fits snugly. As with many Fila styles, the lack of larger sizes and narrow or wide widths will limit who can wear the Sanctuary.
