From chicken to pippa from home and away I love maximuscle promax

I was wondering about the effectiveness of a product called maximuscle Promax. A lot of my friends have said that its a good product. Some of them seemed to have gained quiet a bit of muscle whist using the Promax. I was wondering if this would be the best product for me to use. I seem to gain muscle fairly easily but at the same time I do put on fat very easily. I have never used supplements myself before so I think I may start with the maximuscle promax and see how the 1st 3 months go. I have a good knowledge of training so would like to start to increase my nutritional knowlege and start to experiment with supplements. I intend to keep a record of my training and results.
