Asking an Expert For Help

We recently started having computer problems and we had to call a technician to come and fix it. It turned out that a virus was causing all of the problems and he had to do a backdoor trojan removal. He said that this is a common virus and he advised us to invest in a better security program. I was surprised that a virus could cause this much trouble, but he told us that we were lucky compared to some people. I feel bad for those who have their whole hard drives destroyed by these menacing viruses. I am glad that we got ours fixed.
