Don’t allow to annoy you by cli.exe application error

I was on my computer and reading a message when suddenly the PC shuts down and restart itself. And it was a cli.exe application error went on until I turn the thing off completely.
It was very annoying because I am on my time of submitting my report. And this so called cli.exe application error was the responsible for everything. Maybe this is the most strange and annoying trouble with. If the inner workings of computers are a unknown, we may be scratching your head because we have no idea what the trouble is or even how serious a problem is.
