It Took Me By Surprise

When I found out that my platform service provider was competing with me, it took me completely by surprise. Apparently, they were using our customers to sell the same services as us at a better rate. They were taking our business, and we never would have known if one of their employees hadn’t leaked the information to us. Next time, I am going to research my telecom billing company a lot better. If they sell anything directly to the consumer, I will pass them by. I know that there are plenty of providers that don’t do this, and who will think of us as a partner rather than a competitor.
